These things rock!  They look perfectly real and they go like nobodies business!   And you can have one for only $200, more if you want this motor, but still tons of fun right out of the box.

Obama and “The Tonight Show”

Posted March 22nd, 2009 by BigDreamer No Comments

Hulu.com has Obama’s first (I’m sure there will be more…) apearance on Jay Leno’s “Tonight Show” since taking the office of the President.  I’m not sure it was all that bad, but it did show his nature.  Socialism, protecting people from themsleves, not holding businesses accountable for their own errors (banks, car industry, insurance, etc).  We’ll see how it works out.

Stimulus – or not

Stu, Glenn Beck’s radio & tv program producer, posts a nice visual from the Washington Post showing just how stimulating the Stimulus Package really is.  (Hint: Don’t worry so much about those tax cuts.)

What a coincidence!

I noticed something quite weird the other day while skimming the sports section of my local paper.  An AP article showed some golfer wearing a shirt with the Exelon logo on it and it stated that he was playing in Thousand Oaks, CA.

It was quite a shock to see both my employer and my former hometown (actually, my next-door-hometown) in the same picture.  I work for a large power generation company so seeing their logo is not terribly strange, however, seeing this 3,000 miles aways from my childhood hometown adds quite a wow factor.

Hello world!
